40 Under 40 Wrap-up

I had a blast at the opening reception for The Shenandoah Valley Art Center‘s 40 Under 40 exhibit, where I got to meet some fellow Virginia artists and see some great art that was entirely new to me. I hope it’s not the last I see of either. Thanks so much to anyone who made it out to the show!

Since the reception didn’t start until 6:00, I drove down a bit early to spend some time on Afton Mountain before the Sun set. Some of the places I’d hoped to shoot were inaccessible from the recent snow, but I ended up with these three that I enjoy.
