Wounded EOD Warrior Polar Bear Plunge 2011

It’s tough to call anyone else brave when the Wounded EOD Warrior Foundation is around, but anyone who would go for a swim in the Rappahannock on an early February morning is clearly braver than I. And a shocking number of people did on Saturday at the WEODW’s fourth annual Polar Bear Plunge at the City Dock in Fredericksburg. I’m always impressed at the enthusiasm and character of our little community, and this was no exception.
